Gladys Marie Williamson

Gladys Marie Williamson, 86, of Hopewell, VA, died Thursday, June 22, 2017. She was a life-long resident of Hopewell. Mrs. Williamson worked for Roses Department Store for many years. She was the daughter of the late Oscar Lee and Minnie Holbert Bowers. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Vincent Williamson; brother, Oscar T. Bowers; daughter, Patricia Lowery; grandson, Ronald Ogletree, Jr.; and devoted friend, Ruby. She is survived by daughters, Karen Miller (James) and Linda C. Ogletree (Ronald, Sr.); granddaughters, Kimberly Williams and Diane Ogletree; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 26, 2017 at Appomattox Cemetery.
