Glen Gerard Hearns, 61, of Prince George, VA, died Saturday, July 14, 2018. Glen grew up in Prince George County, graduated from Prince George High School and remained a loyal supporter of the Royals. A graduate of Richard Bland College and Virginia Commonwealth University, Glen was the co-owner of Adolph’s Men’s and Women’s Clothing for 27 years. He was a very private man who loved his community, his customers at Adolph’s, and his many friends. He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Cecilia and Jerry “Hawk” Helton, and his father, John Hearns. He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Cheryl Davenport Hearns; grandson, Zachary Sink; a cousin, Kimberly Teal of Chattanooga, TN; and an uncle, John Chesters of Wales, England. The family would like to thank Roy Hodges and Preston Hancock for all of their help and support. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at the Rock Church of Petersburg, 2301 County Drive, Petersburg, VA 23803.
