Graham Weidenbacher Tharp

Graham W. Tharp, 39, of Cumberland, passed away on April 29, 2021. Graham was a technician for Comcast. He is survived by his loving wife of 8 years, Jennifer Lynn Tharp; children, Thor and Benjamin Tharp; mother, Karen Tharp; father and stepmother William and Kelly Tharp; sister, Heidi Mullins (Kenny Mullins); and brother, Jeremy Tharp. Graham’s greatest accomplishment and joy was being a father. Thor and Ben were his best friends and called their dad a superhero. He was always there for them and taught them to enjoy every moment life has to offer. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 3 from 6-8 PM at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home – Petersburg Chapel, 103 S. Adams Street, Petersburg. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 4 at 11 AM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 151 W. Washington Street, Petersburg. Interment will take place on Wednesday, May 5, 2:00pm, at Woodland Union Cemetery, 347 McClung Drive, Millboro, VA 24460.
