Harold Foster Billingsley, 78, passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Lucille Guarino Billingsley; daughters, Donna Billingsley Martin and husband Sam, Wanda Billingsley DeLorge and husband Tom, Sonyia Billingsley Elder and husband Tommie; son, Chuck Billingsley and wife Dorene; and Dr. Joseph Concordora and his wife Frances; grandchildren, Juli Peebles, Justin Johns, Christopher Johns, Aaron Barber, Jessica Billingsley, Mark Barber, Meagan Pa, Laura Austin, Brett Elder, Jake Elder, Kailey Elder; great-grandchildren, Abby, Maddie and Vivian Peebles, Aiden Johns, Rileigh Barber, Joey and Haylee DeLorge, Ayden Austin, Alyce and Ava Mannix; sister, Amy Billingsley Swint and husband Jude; and sister-in-law, Barbara Billingsley. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at Christ and Grace Episcopal Church, 1545 South Sycamore Street, Petersburg, VA 23805.
