Harriet Joyce Millirons, 75, of DeWitt, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014 at her residence. Born in Carmel, NY, she was the daughter of the late Harry Andrew and Mary Finney Johnson. She was also preceded in death by two grandchildren, Chelsea Jo Beville and Emily Grace Millirons, and a sister, Carol Johnson. Mrs. Millirons was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Douglas “Rocky” Millirons; children, Robert Joel Millirons of Hopewell, Cathy Millirons McNamee and husband, Bruce of Warfield, MaryJo Millirons Beville and husband, Jimmy of DeWitt, and John Douglas Millirons and wife, Becky of Dewitt; grandchildren, Shane Tomlin, Brandon Tomlin, Ryan Porter, J.B. McNamee and wife, Jennifer, Bubba McNamee and wife, Kym, Jason McNamee and wife, Angela, Bob Beville, Hannah Millirons and Grace Millirons; great-grandchildren, Hallie Tomlin, McKayla Brown, Lee McNamee, Aidan McNamee, Logan McNamee, Lila McNamee, Peyton McNamee, Bella McNamee, Finn McNamee and John Cotten. She is also survived by a loving aunt, Madelyn Babour as well as numerous cousins from Patterson, NY; loving friends, Mae Pories of Dinwiddie, Sheila Jones, Betty Shultz and Lois Avery all of McKenney. The family would like to express their thanks to Addie Fulgrum and Mary Legrand for their care and support. A graveside funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 27 at Asbury Cemetery, McKenney, VA, with The Reverend Karen Workman and Sheila Jones officiaiting. Pallbearers will be Mike Avery, Dale McLawhorn, Shane Tomlin, Brandon Tomlin, Ryan Porter and Bob Beville.
