Harry Constantine Papanicola

Harry Constantine Papanicola, 88, of Hopewell Virginia passed away on Thursday, August 2, 2018. Harry was born in Cyprus and went on to graduate from Pittman College in England. Harry was an Entrepreneur and in 1972 he purchased the Navigator’s Den Restaurant in Hopewell, VA. He was an avid outdoorsmen who loved fishing, hunting, skeet shooting, gardening and cooking. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Agatha Papanicola; son, Constantine Papanicola; daughter, Lina Cameron and husband, Edward; daughter, Rea Lampesis and husband, Peter; grandchildren, Rachel, Peter, Alex and Harry. The family will receive friends at the Hopewell Chapel of J. T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home on Monday, August 6, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at St. Elpis Greek Orthodox Church, 107 Memorial Ave. Hopewell, VA 23860.
