Hazel Marie Fields

Hazel Marie Fields, 91, of Hopewell, VA, died Monday, April 4, 2016. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dennis James Fields; parents, Charles and Carrie Wiseman; sisters, Edna Robeson and Irene Bailey; brothers, Leonard Wiseman, Harry Wiseman and George Wiseman. Hazel was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church and worked as a retail clerk for many years at Sears. She is survived by her sisters, Ernistine Simon and Edith Syracuse; brother, Millard Wiseman, and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends, 5:30pm to 8:00pm, Wednesday, April 6 at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 820 W. Broadway, Hopewell, VA. A funeral service will be conducted 1:00pm, Thursday, April 7 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens.
