Helen Yvonne O'Neil

Helen Y. O'Neil, 61, of Chester VA, died March 23, 2023. Born in Fort Lee, VA, raised in Chester, VA, she was the daughter of Faye W. Pennza and Peter O'Neil. She is survived by her daughter, Tiffany Jones and her husband, Christopher Jones; grandchildren, Jaycob Clatterbuck and Caleb Jones; daughter, Hope Marshall and her fiancé, Scott Frazier; and grandson, Kadence Frazier; and adopted daughter, Christina Nightengale and her husband, Zachary Tramontana; and granddaughter, Evelyn Tramontana. Also, three brothers; many cousins; and other family members. Helen was a Registered Nurse for over 25 years, most of her career was at Central State Hospital, Dinwiddie, VA. She enjoyed being with her family and hanging out with her children and grandchildren. She loved her animals and was always a joy to be around. She was her daughters biggest fan in everything that they did. A service will be conducted for friends and family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Richmond SPCA in her honor.
