Helen Pardoe

Helen Elizabeth Pardoe 73 of Prince George, died Thursday, September 23, 2010 in Johnston-Willis Medical Center. She was born in Chambersburg, PA. Mrs. Pardoe was a member of AARP, Colonial Heights VIPs and a member of First Congregational Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Clarence E. and Bernice Truax Carbaugh, her husband Irvin W. Pardoe. Surviving are her daughter, Vicki L. Hopper and husband John, a son, Robert W. Pardoe, 6 grandchildren, Rebecca, Debra, Christina, Christopher, Stephanie and Brandon and 8 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 28, 2010 from 6-8pm in the Hopewell Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, at 10:00 AM, September 29, 2010 in the Hopewell funeral home chapel with Rev. Bruce Catron, pastor of First Congregational Christian Church, officiating.
