Helen Young

Helen "Nana" Young, 81, of Dewitt, VA, died September 10, 2024. Born in Page County, VA, and raised in Chesterfield, VA, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Kite. She was the perfection of what a mother should be. She is preceded by her late husband, Leonard "Bubba" Young. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Williams and her husband, Roger; her son, Tony Young and his wife, Tracy; her son, Richard Young; and daughter, Cheryl George and her husband, Chuck. Helen was the epitome of a Nana to her four grandchildren, Ryan and Kevin Williams (wife Abby), sons of Debbie and Roger Williams; Crystal and Katie Young, daughters of Tony Young. Helen was also Nana to her four great-grandchildren, Nova and Luna, daughters of Kevin and Abby Williams; Kayden and Josh Young, sons of Katie Young. We will be celebrating her life on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 2:00 PM, at Bellwood Baptist Church, at 9138 Quinnford Blvd, North Chesterfield, VA 23237.
