Henry T. Harrup, Jr.

Henry Thomas Harrup, Jr., 77, of Hopewell, VA passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018. Born in Petersburg, VA he was the son of the late Henry T. Harrup, Sr. and Lilly E. Stevens Harrup; and was also preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Harrup. Mr. Harrup is survived by his two sons, Todd H. Harrup and wife, Ashley and Greg R. Harrup and wife, Carrie; his grandchildren, Henry T. Harrup and Caroline Harrup; two brothers, James Harrup and wife, Pat and Gene Harrup; a sister, Lee “Minnie” Fulcher; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg, VA.
