Henry Jr. Webb

Henry â??Scooterâ? Brooks Webb, Jr., age 83, of Hopewell, VA, died on Saturday, May 29, 2010. He was born in Hopewell, VA, the son of the late Henry B. Webb, Sr., and Irene Williams Traylor. Mr. Webb was an alumnus of Hargrave Military Academy and a U. S. Navy Veteran, serving in the Pacific Theater during WWII. He was retired from the Defense Supply Center, Richmond. Mr. Webb was also an avid golfer and enjoyed playing with his buddies at Ft. Lee. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca J. Webb. Surviving are his sons, Christopher K. Webb and wife, Patricia, and Michael D. Webb; grandchildren, Matthew C. Webb, Adam R. Webb, and Sarah J. Webb, all of Prince George, VA; and other family and friends. The family will receive friends at the Hopewell chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 2010.
