Herman Lee Scarberry, 82, of Hopewell died Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at his residence. He was born in Thacker, West Virginia and was a retired operator for Allied Signal Corp., he was a Veteran of WWII serving in the South Pacific, a member of VFW Postâ?? American Legion, past member of Hopewell Moose Lodge, a member of Prince George Senior Golf association Avid golfer, He was preceded in death by his parents, Sherman and Ollie Blankenship Scarberry .
