Hertha Ohler Mcdaniel

Hertha Ohler McDaniel, 88, of Hopewell, VA passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2022. Born in Wiesbaden, Germany she was the daughter of the late Heinrich and Elizabeth Dewalt Ohler; and was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Gerald L. McDaniel, and four siblings. She is survived by her loving two daughters, Debbie Cellucci (Stephen) and Trish McDaniel; a grandson, Joshua Cellucci (Natasha); three great-granddaughters, Juliet, Noelle and Madeline Cellucci. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 29 2022, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, VA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org in memory of Hertha McDaniel.
