Homer Leigh Belle Isle

Mr. Homer Leigh Belle Isle went to be with the Lord on November 17, 2017. Born August 4, 1925 in Fincastle, Virginia and preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, and four brothers. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Betty M. Belle Isle, two children a daughter, Cynthia Hrachovina (William J. Hrachovina) a grandson, William J. Hrachovina Jr., a granddaughter, Elizabeth Ann Smith (Zachery Smith), and a son, Michael Belle Isle. Mr. Belle Isle was a Veteran of WWII, retired from Department of Army, Logistics, a member of Gideons International and a member of Monumental Baptist Church in Petersburg Virginia. A funeral service will be at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. Entombment at Hillcrest Cemetery Conway, South Carolina on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Donations in lieu of flowers to: Gideons International, Petersburg-Dinwiddie Camp P.O.
