Howard Ruffner

Howard D. Ruffner, 61, of Chester, died Friday, June 24, 2005. He was the son of the late John and Henrietta Ruffner. Mr. Ruffner was retired from the State Board of Education where he worked as a Warehouse Manager. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Ruffner of Chester, a son Howard Dennis Ruffner, Jr. and his wife Tracy of Smithfield, five brothers, Ronald Ruffner, Brentley Ruffner, Edward Ruffner, David Ruffner and Clyde Ruffner, two grandchildren, Ashley and Alex Ruffner, a loving niece Tami Osterman and other nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, June 28, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chesterfield Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service with Interment to follow in Washington Memorial Park.
