Hugh Paton Kay, 73, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2016. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, he was the son of the late William and Ellen M. Kay. He was also preceded in death by four sisters and four brothers. Hugh is survived by two daughters, Lori Pumley and Sabrina Kay; and a brother, Kenneth Kay. All services will be private.
