Isabelle Vaughan Brown, of Riverside, California, passed away April 14, 2010, after a battle with Alzheimerâ??s disease. Formerly of Chester, Virginia, Isabelle was 85 years old. She was born January 20, 1925, in Lillybrook, West Virginia. Her family soon moved to Virginia, where she lived most of her life. She married her first husband, John William Sebra, a decorated World War II veteran, in 1941. She later married Clifton Langley Adams in 1962 and then Cecil Brown in 1973. Isabelle worked hard all her adult life in a factory in Richmond, Virginia. After reaching full retirement, she most enjoyed tending her flower garden. She was a strong Christian believer and attended a Christian church wherever she lived. She is survived by her sons, William Randolph Sebra of Aberdeen, Maryland, and David Eugene Sebra of Corona, California, and her eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Cecil Brown, her brother Arnold Orvin Vaughan, and her sisters Ilene May Poindexter and Eva Belle Kidwell. The family will receive friends at the Chester chapel of J. T.
