James Allen

James Wilson Allen ?Captain?, 79, of Petersburg went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 12, 2005 at Southside Regional Medical Center. He was the son of the late Emmett W. and Ruth Belcher Allen. He is survived by his wife, Ellen Sullivan Allen; son, Paul P. Allen; daughters, Sheryl A. Eley, Karen A. Cardwell and Allison A. Robertson; grandsons, Brian C. Dillard and Troy N. Allen and wife, Angie; great-granddaughter, Keeley M. Allen; a brother, Robert Allen and a sister, Marie Jones. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service on Wednesday, September 14, 2005 from 7 to 8 pm.
