James Frank Barros, 66, of S. Chesterfield, passed away on January 27, 2014. Born in Cambria, PA he was the son of Josephine Esposito and the late Frank Anthony Barros; and was also preceded in death by his sister, Deborah Barros. Mr. Barros was a United States Navy Veteran, a member of the Petersburg Lodge No.15 A.F. & A.M., and also served as a volunteer and board member at the Quartermaster’s Museum on Fort Lee. He is survived by his wife, Lee Barros; two daughters, Jennifer Barros Miller and husband, Bart, and Heather Barros Temple and husband, Matt; five grandchildren, Katelyn, Lauryn, Sophia, McKenzie and Lillian; two step-sons, Stacy Perrine and wife, Melissa, and Terry Perrine and wife, Trinity; three sisters, Gina, Marcella and Linda Barros, and numerous other loving family members. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service until 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
