James Douglas

James Burton Douglas, age 42, of Hopewell, VA, died on Thursday, September 1, 2011. He was born in Petersburg, VA, and was the son of Ronald L. and Glenda Fleming Douglas of Hopewell. James was a U. S. Navy Veteran, and was an employee of the McGuire Medical Center, Richmond. He attended Calvaryâ??s Love Ministries Church, Hopewell. The family will received friends at the Hopewell chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Monday, September 5, 2011 from 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will follow on Tuesday, September 6, at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with interment afterwards in the Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens, Prince George, VA.
