James Curtis Holman

James Curtis Holman, 73, of Petersburg, VA went to be with the Lord, Monday, August 25, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Orval B. and Bessie Cornnell Holman; and brother, Richard Holman. James was a loving and devoted husband and father. He loved going to church and serving God. James is survived by his wife, Carolyn; daughter, Dorothy J. Angeles and husband, Arnel; son, Jamie Holman and wife, Terrie; grandchildren Isaac Angeles, Brooke, Kenneth, Savannah, Cameron and Zachary Holman; sister, Alice O’Brian and many other family members and friends. Family will receive friends Thursday, August 28, 2014 from 6PM to 8PM at the J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home Petersburg Chapel 103 S. Adams St. Petersburg, VA 23803. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 29, 2014 at 11AM at J.T. Morriss & Son Petersburg Chapel with Pastor C. M. Varnell officiating.
