James Francis O'Neill

James Francis O’Neill, 65, of Hopewell, passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021. He was the son of the late James O’Neill and Moyra O’Neill. He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Treena O’Neill.
James was employed with Philip Morris as a Fixer, retiring after many years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Most of all, his greatest passion was his family and he loved his grandchildren dearly.
He is survived by his sons, Clinton O’Neill (Dorinda) and Marcus O’Neill (Ashley Powers); daughter, Aimee Bradley (Mike Jacobs); grandchildren, Coby O’Neill, Caden O’Neill, Landon O’Neill, Cheyenne Giles, and Brittany Layne; great-grandson, Jameson Layne; siblings, Thomas O’Neill (Jennifer), Catherine Harris, Brian O’Neill (Natalie), and Paul O’Neill (Sarah).
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, October 21, 2021 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, for family and friends.
