James Scott Ray

James “Mike” Scott Ray passed from this world on Thursday, September 7th, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Meadows Ray, and his three daughters and sons-in-law, Michalene and Marshall Crosby, Samantha and Keith Spicer, and Alexandra and Aaron Hicks. He is also survived by his five grandchildren who loved him dearly: Reese Teagan Crosby, Jackson Edward Spicer, Elliot Eugene Spicer, Vincent Scott Hicks, and Meadow Krislie Hicks. Family and friends are invited to a casual celebration of Mike’s life hosted by his wife and daughters on Saturday, September 16, 2017, from 12:00-3:00 p.m., at Taylor’s Restaurant located at 4922 E. Millridge Parkway, Midlothian, VA 23112. In lieu of flowers, those who knew and loved Mike are encouraged to make a donation in his honor to the National Stroke Association at www.stroke.org .
