James Andrew Tolbert, Jr., 68, of Hopewell, VA, passed away on July 21, 2022. He was the son of the late James A. Tolbert, Sr. and Jessie M. Tolbert.
"Jimbo" as he was known to his family and friends, was an Eagle Scout, and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. He is survived by his three siblings, Christina Romig of Washington, NC, Tamera Wilson (John) of Bedford, VA, and Kelly Tolbert of Hopewell; three nephews, Andrew Sebera, JB Wilson (Brittany), and Michael Romig; two nieces, Carissa Setters and Katie Tolbert; grand nephews, Preston and Jesse; and grand nieces, Kaydence and Juliette.
