Jane Beasley

Jane Alberta Beasley, 66, of Colonial Heights, widow of Wilbert M. Beasley, Sr., passed away Sunday, April 24, 2011. Born in Petersburg, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Arthur and Liberty Kallay Williams. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Helen â??Dinkyâ? Gaines and grandmother, Cora J. Williams. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Petersburg and an auxiliary member of Southside Virginia Emergency Crew. Mrs. Beasley was a loving and caring person and spent her entire life caring for others. She is survived by her children, Tamara B. Milton and husband, Burt, Butch Beasley and wife, Nancy, William â??Chuckâ? Beasley, and Mary B. Luck Farnsworth; special nephew, Michael â??Chuckieâ? Hickam; grandchildren, Brandy M. Graham and husband, James, Brittany M. Johnson and husband, Shawn, Bethany Milton, Jourdan, Cara and Ryan Beasley, Alison Kelly and husband, Paul, Carin Beasley, Christopher and Kristina Luck; great-grandchildren, Bryanna and Aryanna Graham, and Brenden Kelly; brothers, Samuel â??Sammyâ? Williams and wife, Kay, Frankie Williams and Bonnie Wilkes, and Lester â??Leeâ? Williams; sisters-in-law, Hazel B. Miles and Mary Bishop; special friends, David Robinson and Tom Minetree. The family would like to thank the staff of the Southside Regional Medical Center Dialysis Center for the outstanding care they provided. The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, April 28th at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday at Trinity United Methodist Church, 215 S. Sycamore Street, Petersburg, with The Rev. Dr. Gerald M. Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Blandford Cemetery.
