Jane Blair Walker, 84, of Richmond, died Saturday, October 17, 2009. Born on a tobacco farm in Blairs, VA, she was the daughter of the late, Wade Henry and Lemma Samuel Blair. She was the former owner and operator of Booth Cleaners in West Point, VA. She was a good neighbor who loved West Point, but also enjoyed experiencing the beauty of our country firsthand through travel. Her happiest years were spent out â??ramblingâ? with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Walker had four children, Laura Booth Cameron (Lee McCown) of Richmond, Eleesa Booth Lowery (Mac) of Warsaw, VA, Thomas Booth (Paulette) of Toano, VA, and Elizabeth Booth Krause, who died August 7, 2009, (John). Survivors include her grandchildren, Alane Cameron Miles (Scott) of Richmond, Ellen Blair Lowery and Turner Coleman Lowery of Warsaw, and Christopher Thomas Hamman (Christy) of Winter Springs, FL; great-grandchildren, Jefferson Cameron Miles and Lorelei Cameron Miles; sisters, Edith Pierattini of Orlando, FL and Mary T. Layne (Charles) of Greensboro, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband, A. L. Walker. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, October 25th in the chapel at The Hermitage, 1600 Westwood Avenue, Richmond, VA 23227.
