Janet Crittenden Bishop

Janet Crittenden Bishop, 91, of Petersburg, VA passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021. Born in Notasulga, Alabama she was the daughter of the late Robert and Lovie Crittenden; and was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years, Kenneth A. Bishop; her sister, Eggie Matheny; and a brother, Robert Louis Crittenden. Mrs. Bishop is survived by her daughter, Donna Boyd (Kenneth); grandchildren, Lauren Boyd, Brandon Boyd (Martina); great-grandchildren, Christopher, Julian, Jada, Kiki, Mimi, Duke, Asia, Zari; a brother, Howell Crittenden; nephews, James Hunter and Cooper Gill (Bettie); a niece, Gloria Doss; and a great-niece, Stacie Hunter. The family would like to give a special thanks to Bonnie, Dan, Donna and Maryanne from James River Hospice for their love and care shown towards Mr. and Mrs. Bishop.
