Janet Shipley

Shipley, Janet Cheatham, 57, of Chesterfield, Va., went to be with her Lord August 17, 2012. She is preceded in death by her mother, JoAnn Cheatham and her son, Brian Montrel Shipley. She is survived by her husband, Michael D. Shipley; son, Mike Shipley Jr. (Jennifer Garner and daughter Delaney); father, Ernest Cheatham, II, (Barbara); sister, Cindy Taylor Cheatham; brother, Ernest Cheatham, III; and a multitude of brothers and sisters in Christ.
The family will receive friends 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday, August 20th, 2012 at Colonial Heights Baptist Church, 17201 Jefferson Davis Highway, Colonial Heights, Va. 23834 and where funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM, Tuesday, August 21st, 2012, by the Rev. Dr. Randall T. Hahn.
Interment will immediately follow at Dale Memorial Park, Chesterfield, Va.
