Janice Hall Houston,71, of Chester, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert James and Verna Gilbert Hall; and a brother, Herbert Wayne Hall. She is survived by her husband, Francis Houston; a son, James Houston and wife, Alison; grandchildren, Tanner and Rachel Houston. A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, VA. The family is being served by the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
