Janice Marie Nearing, 47 of Richmond, VA., passed away Friday, April 26, 2019.
She is preceded in death by her father, Bruce Nearing and brother, Robbie.
Janice is survived by her mother, Lois Nearing; brother Scott Nearing (Sandra); sister, Ann Beaty (Kenny); longtime friends, Colleen Shepperd, Renee Pignotti, Doug Sparks and David Spencer; several nieces and nephews as well as numerous extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, April 29, 2019 at J. T. Morriss & Son funeral Home of Chester. A graveside service will be held, 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Park with the Rev. Steve King officiating.
