Jason Michael Wilkins passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at the age of 43.
Born in Petersburg, Virginia on July 19, 1977. Jason is preceded in death by his father, Leamon Wilkins, Sr. and brother, Timothy Wilkins. Jason is survived by his mother, Estelle H. Wilkins; sons, Shane Stamos, Alex Wilkins, Dillon Wilkins; brothers, Leamon “Bubba” Wilkins, Jr., Donnie Wilkins, Troy Wilkins (Melissa); sisters, Cathy Kidd, Sissy Bailey, Tracy Harrison, and numerous nieces and nephews, Teresa Wilkins, and other family members that loved him dearly.
Jason graduated from Dinwiddie County High School with the Class of 1995. He was the owner of Wilkins Landscaping and Disposal for many years. Jason enjoyed going to NASCAR races and spending time with his sons, family, and friends.
The family will receive friends from 1pm to 2pm on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at the J.T. Morriss & Son Petersburg Chapel. The funeral service and interment will be private.
