Jean Elmore Bradshaw

Jean Bolling Elmore Bradshaw, 84, of Colonial Heights, born in Petersburg, died on August 26, 2017. She was the daughter of the late, Sydnor Robinson Elmore, Sr. and Annie Lee (Gray) Elmore. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Selester Bradshaw, Jr.; four brothers, John William Elmore Jr., Sydnor Robinson Elmore, Jr., Warren Marshall Elmore, and Randolph Madison Elmore; and sister, Margaret Lee (Elmore) Kozak. Mrs. Bradshaw was a devoted mother and grandmother, as well as a member of Monumental Baptist Church. She was retired employee of Fort Lee as a military pay clerk. She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Sue (Bradshaw) Seligman and husband, Barry Elliotte Seligman and Deborah Kaye Bradshaw; grandsons, Jason Derrick Seligman and Rodney Scott Seligman; great-grandson, Hunter Derick Seligman. A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 2:00p.m. at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son, interment will be private.
