Jean Cabaniss

Jean Delph Cabaniss, 77, of Hopewell, died Thursday, November 9; 2006. Mrs. Cabaniss was born in Austinville, Va. She was a member of the Living Word World Outreach Center, Colonial Heights, Va. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Goldie Arnold, and her husband Ernest Watkins Cabaniss. Surviving are her daughter Theresa Gail McCaffrey and husband Hugh Joseph, grandchildren, Nickie McCaffrey, Amanda McCaffrey, and Joseph McCaffrey, great-grandchild, Christopher William Bryd all of Hopewell, sisters, Wanda Lee Abner of Georgia., Mary Agnes Mullins of Richmond, Va., .Ruth Cumbie of Corpus Christi, TX. a brother, Joseph Crockett Arnold of Liberty, Tx. and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 12, 2006 from 7-8:30 in the Hopewell Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. A funeral service will be held Monday, November 13, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Robert Sawyer, pastor of Living Word World Outreach Center and Rev. Jeri Posey, pastor of Bethlehem Congregational Christian Church, officiating. Interment will be in Bermuda Memorial Park, Chesterfield County.
