Jean Lillian Holmstrand

Jean Lillian Holmstrand, 85, of Disputanta, VA went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 4, 2021. Born in Richmond, VA she was preceded in death by her father, Gilbert H. Wyborney; and her mother, Evelyn Kvasnicka Janosko and her husband, John. Jean was the first school nurse in Prince George County Public Schools and went on to retire as a Registered Nurse after 40 plus years of dedicated service. She was a member of Newville United Methodist Church in Disputanta. Jean was a talented artist, seamstress and cook and was a friend to everyone she met. She had many loves in life but none compared to the love she had for her family. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Ron “Nonnie” Holmstrand; three children, Keith Holmstrand (Trina), Blair Holmstrand (Mary) and Laura Dunn (Brack); five grandchildren, Rachel, Anna, Gwen, Erin and Luke; one great-granddaughter, Kalani; two sisters, Alice Albert and Phyllis Brockwell; and numerous nieces and nephews.
