Jean Ann Hutchinson

Jean Ann Hutchinson, 77, of Petersburg, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Dennis M. Sr. and Ruth Faison Denson; and was also preceded in death by her husband, CW4 Robert L. Hutchinson, Jr. Mrs. Hutchinson was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved to sing and play the organ. Mrs. Hutchinson is survived by her three daughters, Pamela G. Henry and husband, John, Wanda H. Pisarek and husband, Daniel, and Valerie H. Heard MS, Ed and husband, Dr. Harry H. Heard, III; five grandchildren, Jamie C. Noblin and husband, Adam, Amber N. Packer and husband, Michael, Jeremy R. Lorton and wife, Christina, Christopher M. Pisarek and wife, Casey, and Chandler A. Heard; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Norma Kilpatrick and husband, Jim; a brother, Dennis “Chinky” M. Denson Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Dr. Ivan Perkinson, officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George, VA.
