Jean Reeves Wills

Jean Reeves Wills, 82, of Petersburg, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2017. Born in Dinwiddie, VA, she was the daughter of the late Eugene Lee Reeves and Lera Wells Reeves. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Edgar B. Wills. Jean was a faithful member of St. Marks United Methodist Church in Petersburg. She loved animals, reading and playing the piano. She is survived by her sons, Timothy E. Wills and David C. Wills and his wife, Traci; sister, Frances Arthur and her husband, Edward; cousin, Betty Perkins; niece Donna Barwick and her husband, Michael; nephew, Chuck Arthur and his wife, Terry; and a host of extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Southlawn Memorial Park.
