Jeanne Brown

Jeanne Ruffin Brown, 77, died peacefully on Sunday, July 31, 2005 at the Orange County Nursing Home, Orange, VA. A native of Petersburg, VA, she was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Edward and Sue Webb Brown and an infant brother, Charles Edward Brown, Jr. Jeanne graduated from Petersburg High School, attended Atlantic Christian College and worked for many years with the Virginia Department of Highways. She was a lifetime member of the Tabb Street Presbyterian Church and for the past several years had lived in Orange, VA. She is survived by a sister, Anna Belle Brown Eason and her husband, W. Robert and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted at Blandford Cemetery on Thursday, August 4, 2005 at 11:00 AM. The Petersburg Chapel of J.T.
