Jeffrey Starr Rinker

Jeffrey Starr Rinker, 60, of N. Chesterfield, VA, died December 18, 2021. Born and raised in Dinwiddie, VA, he was the son of the late Tom and Lillie Rinker. He was preceded in death by his niece, Paula Rinker; nephew, Vinnie Rinker and mother-in-law, Laura Casey. He is survived by wife of 36 years, Laura Elizabeth Rinker; son, David Wayne Snellings (Amanda Merrell); sisters, Dianne Deans ( Danny), Susan Hagood (John), Sonia Jones (Scott); brothers, Tommy Rinker (Maria) and Paul Rinker (Marianne); sister-in-law, Bernadette; grandkids, Ellis, Trinity, Hailey, Emmie and Keifer; sister-in-law, Mary Ann, brothers-in-law, James, Joe, Matt; father-in-law, James; many nieces and nephews and his crazy dog Gypsy and his wife’s damn crazy cat, Milo. He loved classic cars, Harleys, dogs, hard rock, heavy metal, a good IPA and kicking back in his recliner for a snooze. Also, you could not tell it from looking at him, but he loved to eat. A good home cooked meal was always on the agenda for his day. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 27, 2021 from 5:00 – 6:00 pm with a Chapel Service immediately following at J.T.
