Jennifer Burkhardt

Jennifer Brandon Burkhardt, age 47, of Chester, VA, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2011. Jennifer was a loving mother and grandmother who was very involved in the lives of her family. She especially liked working with their teams as they participated in various sports and activities. She was also a great fan of 80â??s music, pro football, and reality TV. Mrs. Burkhardt is survived by her husband, Joseph R. Burkhardt; children, Dana R. Siano and husband, Joe, Carrie M. Burkhardt, Paige L. Burkhardt, and Ryan M. E. Burkhardt; grandson, Greyson M. Siano; mother, Hilah E. Stiles and husband, Joe; father Richard D. Pulley and wife, Vickie; sister, Carrie P. Rott and husband, Phillip; niece, Katelyn; nephew Stuart; and step-mother, Martha B. Pulley. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 5 p.m. in the Chesterfield chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to Union First Market Bank, Genito branch at 11101 Hull St. Rd. Midlothian, VA 23112, in the name of The Jennifer Burkhardt Memorial Fund. This fund was created to help in furthering Jenniferâ??s childrenâ??s educations. Jenniferâ??s eldest daughter, Dana is an East Carolina University graduate. This fall, Carrie Meagan will return to Radford University as a junior, Paige will attend Radford University as a freshman, and Ryan will attend John Tyler Community College as a freshman.
