Jerri Taylor

Jerri Lynn Taylor, age 57, of Chester, VA, died on Thursday, October 23, 2008. She was born in Carlisle, PA, the daughter of James Roney, Sr. and Elizabeth Cromleigh Roney. Ms. Taylor was an employee of the Department of Defense with 35 years of service. Her last position was the Commander of Defense Depot, Richmond, VA. She was also a long standing member of the Federally Employed Women. Ms. Taylor is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Barr and husband, Gary, and Nichole Rines and husband, Earle; five grandchildren, Jarred, Wyatt, and Tucker Barr, and Victoria and Seth Rines; two sisters, Jennifer Baer and husband, Kim, and Rebecca Ciccocioppo and husband, Danny; a brother, James Roney, Jr. and wife, Cindy; nephews, Kurt and Kyle Baer; and a niece, Allison Roney.
