Jerry Ray Parker

Jerry Ray Parker 74, of Prince George, left this world peacefully on Wednesday December 30, 2015. Jerry retired from Philip Morris USA as a quality supervisor after many years of faithful service. He loved country music, sheep farming, and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon Dale and Virgie Lenna Jenkins Parker. A devoted husband and loving father, he is survived by his wife of over 53 years, Sharon L. Parker; children, David Craig Parker (Taska Parker), Charlene Marie Parker and Christine Jeanette Buechling (Donny Buechling); brother, James Hoyle Parker; and many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home with a visitation to follow until 8:00 pm. Interment will be private.
