Jessica Lynn Fouts

Jessica Fouts, of Dinwiddie passed away on August 24, 2017 at the age of 18. She was born on March 29, 1999 and was a rising senior at Dinwiddie High School. Jessica is survived by mother Helen Hoever, father Ricky Fouts, the man she called Dad, Leroy Fouts; siblings Theresa Wilson, Charlie Hoever, Joanie Fouts, and Ricky Fouts Jr.; maternal grandparents John and Theresa Callaghan and paternal grandparents Fred and Lois Fouts; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home on Tuesday August 29, 2017 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday August 30, 2017 at 3:00pm at the funeral home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to, SARCC, at 615 Cumberland Street, Lebanon PA 17042 in memory of Jessica.
