Jessica Michelle Fine Seeley

Jessica Michelle Fine Seeley, 32, passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023. Born in Petersburg, VA, she was the daughter of the late Ronald Fine, Sr.; and was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald Fine, Jr. and Markell Godfrey, Jr. Jessica was an outgoing and artistic person, who enjoyed creating many types of art. She is survived by her four children, Hailie, Collin, Kyleen and Raelynne; her mother, Stacey Bland; and three siblings, Brian, Justin and Ashley. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 28, 2023 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
