Jessie Theresa Graham

Jessie T. Graham, 81, of Washington, NC and formerly of Petersburg, VA passed away on Friday, March 5, 2021. Born in Cherry Lake, Florida she was the daughter of the late Johnie W. and Mary Williams Bass; and was also preceded in death by her sister, Louise Black. Mrs. Graham is survived by her three children, Ronald C. Rugar, Jr. and wife, Sandra, Charlotte R. Reboyar-Ponce and husband, Librado, and Tammy Reese and husband, Will; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and the sixth on the way; siblings, Frances Brown, Quinton Bass and wife, Ruby, Mae Curry, Phillip Bass and wife, Jane, Alma Hollins and husband, Kenny, Diane Milam, and Vonda Chandler and husband, Calvin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
