John Balke

John Balke, age 86 of Louisa, passed away November 14, 2011. He was the son of the late Fred H. and Charlotte Kler Balke, and was also preceded in death by his wife, Eva Balke and a son, Robert Lewis Balke. John is survived by his children, Fred John Balke and wife Lilibeth, Diane Rebel and husband Paul, and Michael James Balke; grandchildren, Carrie Balke Fiala, Glen Michael Balke, Amber Balke Grimmett, Sarah Rebel Millner, and Brian Paul Rebel. John was a Veteran of the United States Navy and retired from Grumman Aerospace. A memorial service will be held at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, November 22nd, at the Chester Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home with a visitation to follow. Interment will be at Virginia Veteranâ??s Cemetery at Amelia. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
