John Pettiway Batte Iv

John Pettiway Batte IV, 36, of Dinwiddie County, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2014. Mr. Batte is preceded in death by his parents, John P. Batte III and Theresa Van Dyke Phelps. He is survived by his sons, Zane and his mother, Sarah, and Nautis and his mother, Delores; sisters, Sheri Roberts and her husband, Kenneth, and Sandra Hemler and her husband, James; step-mother, Nancy F. Batte; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
