John Hall

John Michael Hall, age 55, of Chester, VA, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2008. Born in Danville, Virginia, he was the son of the late Horace L. Hall, Sr. and Emma Hammock Hall. He was preceded in death by his brother, Horace L. Hall, Jr. Mr. Hall is survived by his wife, Paula P. Hall; sisters, Brenda H. Hinton and husband Arthur L. Hinton, Jr., Lillian H. Crabill and husband Dana E. Crabill; brother, Donald R. Hall; nieces and nephews, Susan H. Simon, Patricia H. Spitler, Arthur L. Hinton, III, Sarah Hall Timberlake, Kevin Edwards Hall, MaryAnne Elizabeth Haslow-Hall, and Jonathan Haslow-Hall; great nieces and nephews, Joshua and Lexie Spitler, John Thomas Walker, Raven Alexandria Timberlake, Spencer Michael Timberlake, Justine Matthew Timberlake, Logan Nathaneal Mercer, and Alexis Anne Hall. The family will receive friends at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Sunday, August 24, 2008, from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held there on Monday, August 25, at 1 p.m., with interment following in Hollywood Cemetery.
