John "Jack" Sims

Mr. John W. (Jack) Sims, 44, of Yale, Virginia died January 22, 2007 at home after a courageous battle against brain cancer. Survivors include his parents, Patricia L. and Wilmer A. Sims, Jr., two sisters, Susan Traylor (Alan) and Terry Haight (Bob), one nephew, Nicholas Traylor, two nieces, Abby and Julia Haight, and very special companion, Vivian Mack. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, Yale, Virginia. The family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Eastern Crabbet Arabian Horse Society (ECAHS), Memorial Fund-Youth Program, c/o Rose S.
