John Eugene Mccormick

John Eugene McCormick, 75, of Prince George, passed away on February 23, 2015. Born in Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late John Eugene and Margaret Sughrue McCormick; and was also preceded in death by his sister, Mary Schuman. Mr. McCormick is survived by his brother, Thomas McCormick and wife, Patricia; and twelve nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 27, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will be held at New Cathedral Cemetery in Baltimore, Maryland at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. The family is being served by the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home.
